Tony is a justice facility management expert with over 40 years of experience managing operations in secure public facilities. Tony began his career in 1980 with the Georgia Department of Corrections, was promoted through the uniformed ranks, and eventually held the positions of warden and superintendent. In 2002, he became the regional director for all facilities in Northern Georgia and was responsible for more than 20 facilities encompassing more than two million square feet.
Since joining CGL, Tony has generated an extensive portfolio of large-scale, multi-facility secure justice facilities totaling more than six million square feet of space for six different clients. Tony’s multi-site, multi-facility, state agency clients include the Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice, the Virginia Department of Corrections, the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, the Georgia Department of Corrections, and the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
