CGL is acquired by Hunt Companies, a diversified, family-owned holding company based in El Paso, Texas, and rebrands to CGL Companies.

2010

CGL expands service offering by adding Public-Private Partnership development and finance services.

2002

Lee Design & Management merges with Carter Goble Associates to create Carter Goble Lee (CGL), thereby expanding services to include program management and facility maintenance.
