What's your favorite CGL project you've worked on?
Mohave County Adult Dentition Facility in Kingman, Arizona. This was my first solo start-up from a managerial standpoint and CGL’s first FM contract in the southwest.
T.J. has 28 years of experience managing teams and maintaining multiple types of equipment in correctional facilities across the United States. His HVAC system experience with Trane, Carrier, and York systems includes units ranging in size from three-ton split systems up to 750-ton centrifugal chillers. He has worked with boilers and water heaters varying from 37,000 BTUs to 16.8 million BTUs.
As director, T.J. is involved with establishing work standards, conducting site evaluations/audits, overall inventory/equipment usages, budget control, employee performance appraisals, customer relations, and the orientation and training of regional operations managers as well as regional and individual account managers. He oversees sites in three states totaling over 350 buildings with approximately 8.2 million square feet and a staff of 160.
