Which core value do you relate to the most?
I most identify with ‘Make It Better.’ My motto is, “Stay positive, work hard, and make it happen,” and my goal is to leave a positive footprint wherever I go and with whomever I encounter.
As a recruiting manager, Tammy oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees. Using her excellent communication, management, and problem-solving skills, Tammy works closely with CGL’s leadership and HR teams to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies and opportunities.
