He has led global recruiting teams at Zebra Technologies and Abbott Laboratories, where he drove operational excellence, process improvement, and risk mitigation initiatives. Ben is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP), recognized by the global research and advisory firm Staffing Industry Analysts. He also holds Workday implementation partner certifications and has extensive experience applying artificial intelligence in HR. Ben earned a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, as well as a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
