What's your favorite part about working at CGL?

I enjoy the collaborative and innovative atmosphere that comes with working at a company dedicated to solving complex challenges. There’s something special about contributing to projects that have a tangible, long-term impact on people’s lives, whether through affordable housing, community revitalization, or sustainable development.

Additionally, being part of a company that values integrity, innovation, and care for people aligns with my own values. I enjoy working in an environment where teamwork and a shared commitment to creating positive change are central to everything the company does.

Which core value do you relate to the most?

I identify with the core value of “caring about people” because it reflects how I believe we should treat one another. I’ve always felt that showing empathy, kindness, and consideration for others can have a huge impact, not only on individual relationships but also on the broader community. Caring about people means listening when they need to talk, offering help when they’re struggling, and just being present when they feel alone. It’s about putting others first, or at least trying to make sure that everyone feels seen and valued.

For me, it’s a value that creates connection and trust. When we care about others, we create a more supportive and compassionate world. It’s something I try to live out in my daily life—whether it’s offering a smile to a stranger, lending a hand to a friend in need, or simply being there for someone when they need to vent. It’s the little things that add up, and I believe that when we care about people, we build stronger, more meaningful relationships.

If you could pick one super power - what would it be and why?

If I could have one superpower, I would choose the ability to heal others. The power to instantly heal physical injuries, illnesses, or emotional pain would be incredibly impactful. I think it would be fulfilling to help people feel better, whether they’re dealing with physical suffering or emotional struggles. Healing others would allow me to make a direct, meaningful difference in people’s lives, offering relief and hope in situations where there might otherwise be little. In a world where many are facing challenges that can’t always be fixed, the ability to heal would be a profound way to bring comfort and change to those in need.
